The utilisation of a Balanced Scorecard is vital for the integration of performance measurement and strategy. It allows managers at all levels of an organisation to quickly assess how they are preforming in key domains; clinical, financial, patient experience and operational – as well as how this is impacting their achievement of strategic goals.
