Demand and capacity planning

BOOK NOW

Planning services in an era of unprecedented demand

Asia's demographic profile is changing rapidly, and the healthcare system must be equipped to look after the population of tomorrow. The ability to forecast the likely needs and wants of the populace will be imperative. This means that the healthcare system will need the ability to forecast future demand and better align with available capacity. This course will give you an understanding of methodologies and models used in capacity planning, including forecasting and queuing theory. This will help ensure access models remain relevant and waiting times are minimised, thus improving overall system effectiveness.
