As part of their ongoing market access efforts, the client wanted to explore the opportunity created by a rapidly expanding private insurance market in Asia.
Asia Care Group were commissioned to assess the potential market access opportunities for the client in relation to private health insurance, evaluate the structure of the market and develop the client’s value proposition for use in facilitated introductory meetings.

Developed the client’s value proposition, specifically evaluating the types of partnership that could work in relation to their product suite and the needs of insurers
Shortlisted insurers for targeted meetings to explore possible collaborations. Introduced the client to insurers and helped position their products appropriately
